Practice Presentation

Hello, this is Arisa Ozawa.
We only have one more day left.

Today, we practiced our presentation in Jessica's class.
I think we did it OK, but we need more practice for tomorrow's video.
We kept looking our papers, and we couldn't look at audience today.
So, we will practice tonight, and
we want to make our tomorrow's presentation
(which is final one and be in the video) perfect!

I can't believe we will go back to Japan very soon.
I'll miss everybody here including teachers and American students.

I hope we will suceed our presentation tomorrow, and I'll enjoy rest of the time here!

Hi, I'm Maiko Shibasaki.


We have only two days to prepare for the presentation.
I think all the groups are working really hard.

Our group have just finished our business plan.
But now, we have to start making our slides for the presentation
so it will be busy till friday. But we will do our best to make our presentation good.
We have to make our presentation 20 minutes long. So one person have to speak 3 minutes.
I'm not sure if i can speak 3 minutes in English without looking at papers.
But this will be good chance for me to practice speaking English in ad lib.

Tomorrow, me and Mao are going to meet our host family at night.
So we are planning to give cards to say thank you.
When i go back to Japan, I will send present to my host family.

Last spurt

Hello I am Taihou. Our group is still in the process of making the business plan. we have about 30 percent left. we are working really hard. We are planning to finish it tonight.So far Im having a lot of fun living and studing here. There is not much time left before we go back to Japan. So we gotta treature each moment!

business plan

Hello, this is Arisa Ozawa.
I would like to talk about our group's business plan.
Our business plan is to open a new Healthy Sweet's Shop in the U.S.
This shop will provide healthy and reasonably priced desserts such as
vegetable cakes, and shaved ice to the people in the Jackson, Mississipi.
Our target will be people who are trying to improve their life style and their health.

We are making a business plan just like opening a real shop.
We have a lot of things to do and our group is working on our
business plan very hard with our American student assistant Matt.

And about today, we went to Six Flags.
It was really fun, and we enjoyed a lot.

Day11

Hello, This is Maiko.

Today we had classes as usual,
but almost everyone were sleeping in the Mr hauff's class.
I think that's because we don't have enough time to sleep.
Last night, some groups were doing their homework till 3 o'clock in the morning.
Everyone looks tired.
This weekend, we are going to the six flags so it will be good chance for us to have rest.

Field Trip

Today, we went to field trip after lunch, to see how company runs.
First, we went to sprinkler company.We saw an office and the place where they
fix sprinklers.
Second we went to car finance company. In this company, we went to an office and a man from
the company explained about the company and how they advertise.
Finally we went to pizza shop. We actually had pizza at pizza shop.

From this field trip, I learnd how companies run and how hard it is to keep
company runnning.

Home Stay

Hello, this is Arisa Ozawa.
We just came back from home staying.
It was a great time!!!

Friday night our host families came to pick us up.
My host family has four members.
Father, mother, and two children.
One is 11 years old, and the other is 7 years old.
They are sooooo cute!!!
We went to see a comedy that day.
The next day, we went to a shopping mall.
That night, we had a big barbeque party.
7 of us (Japanese students) were there,
and there were more than 25 people.
We had a delicious dinner, and
played badmington, UNO, and so on.
The last day, we went to peach picking.

These three days were great time for us to
improve our English skills.

Tomorrow, we are going to visit three companies.
A pizza company, a financial company, and a sprinkler company,
We might get some pizza!!!
